The in-line sampling valve can be installed directly on the process pipe or bypass pipe system to take a representative medium sample directly from the line through a dead-zone free sampling port. Can be sampled with pressure or negative pressure, no process stop required. Our sampling valves and sampling systems are the first choice for the chemical, pharmaceutical and refining industries.
Our sampling valves and sampling systems are the first choice for the chemical, pharmaceutical and refining industries and are suitable for ASME B16.5 or DIN standard EN 1092.
In open system conditions, the medium fluid sample can flow into the sample bottle or container, for closed systems, the medium can be extracted into the sample bottle with a diaphragm by a specially designed pin adapter, sampling system and the medium is isolated from the outside atmosphere by a self-sealing sample bottle with an elastic diaphragm, thus protecting the operator.
Stainless steel or plastic safety boxes provide additional protection during the sampling process, preventing the sampling medium from contact with the outside world.
Alternatively, gas and liquid media can be sampled into our sample bottles, which are protected by a stainless steel casing and a borosilicate glass casing that allows visual control throughout the sampling process.
Depending on the material selection, it can withstand pressure up to 50 bar (725psi) and temperature up to +280°C (536°F).
Product advantage features:
