Crude Oil Storage Tank Cleaning and Blended oil

The working principle of oil blending rotary nozzle is mainly based on eccentric nozzle installation and fluid dynamics principle. When the fluid medium is sprayed at the nozzle, the reaction force generated as a torque drives the whole nozzle and the rotating body to operate at a constant speed.

Oil blending rotary nozzle is a special equipment for blending petrochemical liquid, it is rotated and sprayed inside the oil tank, so that different batches, different textures of oil medium fully mixed, to achieve the effect of uniformity, soaking heat, and prevent the oil medium settlement.

In the blending application of large crude oil storage tank, the blending rotary nozzle is generally installed in the bottom center of the oil tank, and is connected with the oil pipeline in the oil tank through the equipment flange. The oil is input into the tank through the process pipeline, and then sprayed out through the secondary nozzle distributed by the mixer and the top main nozzle, so that the material into the tank and the original material in the tank are fully mixed. This blending method has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, safety and reliability, good blending effect and high efficiency.
