Sampling process: Gaseous medium or volatile liquid medium is collected through seamless cylinder sealing, the inlet and outlet are controlled by needle valves,sampling system and are equipped with stainless steel quick joints, making the installation and disassembly of sampling cylinders safe, convenient and fast. Non-volatile liquid media are collected in closed pressure bottles or ordinary open bottles.
Purge: The sampling process is equipped with a purge port for the removal of residual media in the line to ensure that the sample is true and accurate.
Temperature control: For high or low temperature media, the equipment can be equipped with a cooling or heating system to cool or heat the sample to around room temperature to ensure the accuracy of sampling.
The sealed sampler is mainly composed of a box, seamless cylinder, quick insert, pressure gauge, valve, seal and flange. Because the sampling bottle and the process tube are connected by quick plug, the operation is simple, quick and convenient.
