Intelligent water cutters usually include filters, buffer tanks, oil and water detection sensors, field controllers, water cutting control valves and other components. Its working principle is roughly as follows:
Water that settles at the bottom of the tank enters the water cutter.
The oil and water detection sensor on the water cutter detects the oil content in the water.
When the oil content in the water is detected to be lower than the set amount, the field controller outputs the command to open the water cutting valve and start cutting water.
When the oil in the water is detected to exceed the set amount, close the water cutting valve to prevent the oil from being discharged.
In the off valve state,Filtering equipment if the heating device is configured, the medium temperature in the water cutter will continue to rise, making it easier for the oil to return to the oil tank at high temperature.
The medium in the water cutter is automatically stratified by sedimentation, and the upper oil is replaced by the water in the oil tank and gradually returns to the oil tank.
When the detector again detects that the oil content in the water is lower than the set amount, the valve is reopened and a new round of water cutting process is started.
