When the sleeve nut is tightened,sampling system the screw thread is pushed mechanically, and the nut moves forward to push the back sleeve forward, while the back sleeve pushes the front sleeve forward.
The tip of the joint body extrudes the front bushing inward, and the front bushing eliminates the tolerance between its inside diameter and the outside diameter of the pipe.
With the advance of the rear sleeve, the front sleeve moves forward and inward, and the rear end is raised to form a seal with the bevel of the joint body.
In this process, the pipe has greater deformation, the body bevel and the front sleeve contact surface increases, and the greater resistance forces the back sleeve to act inward, thus forming a second solid support on the pipe.
Finally, the sleeve nut is tightened in place, the joint is sealed and the pipe is held tightly.
